About

Being very skinny growing up through high school I dealt with a lot of bullying. I decided to make a change in my life and I got involved with fitness. As I started to progress with my own fitness goals, more opportunities came along. I started competing and got my pro card after three years in 2013. Have done a lot of fitness modeling including calendars, magazines, websites, book covers, etc. I have been blessed to be able to turn my passion into a career and build a place to help others. My other hobbies include hiking, golfing (basically anything outdoors), movies, and being around friends and family.

Motivation

I became a trainer because while I was discovering fitness, I had a trainer and he completely changed my life. I knew that I wanted to be able to give that back to people. I made the decision to be a trainer so that I could impact peoples’ lives through fitness and help them create the best life possible in every aspect.

About

I love and embrace Colorado’s active and outdoorsy lifestyle! I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, rock climbing, and paddle boarding. An interesting fact about me is that I grew up in Germany so I’m fluent in German. When I visit family and friends, I try to explore other parts of Europe.

Motivation

There’s no greater feeling than being able to make a positive difference in someone’s life. My mission is to help individuals improve their quality of life. Quality of life is defined as, “the standard of health, comfort, and happiness experienced by an individual.” Through personal training and massage therapy, I can help individuals live healthier and happier lives. I’m grateful for the opportunity to do what I do.

About

In my spare time if I'm not in a gym, I like to go hiking with my dogs. I can always be found near a kitchen and I love watching movies—especially if it involves movie theater popcorn! Other than that, I just enjoy being around friends and family in my free time.

Motivation

I became a personal trainer because I want to help improve peoples’ day-to-day lives no matter their goals. When I was in High school,I was very skinny and would get pushed around in Soccer. Once I got into Colorado State University, I discovered their weight room, and from then on, I never looked back! I have put on 62 lbs since I first stepped into the weight room 6 years ago. That decision completely changed my life. I want to be someone that inspires people to reach their goals so that they can achieve the best version of themselves. I believe fitness can do so much for people, not just physically but mentally. I want to be there for people as their main support system to help them achieve those changes.

About

In many ways my career and lifestyle embodies my hobbies and interests. I am obsessed with exercising as a hobby because of the simple fact that I get an opportunity to compete against my greatest opponent: my own mind state! This drive pushes me to try new things like basketball, mountain biking, and mixed martial arts. I am the first to know that I am not the best at any of these activities; but, I am the one with the best attitude and mind state towards being the best each and everyday!

Motivation

When you are in the gym performing any array of exercises, you are breaking down the muscle. If the movement is done incorrectly, it can tear the muscles in a way that would work against our ultimate goal. I became a coach to emulate the teachings I had for myself. I am a coach that moves his clients towards their goals by assessing any compensations first, then coaching to stabilize the body out of the bad habits. Once that has been mastered, I begin challenging them as many ways the body can be challenged. Stability, strength, endurance, power and agility! Creating well rounded balanced athletes.

“He who says he can, and he who says he can’t are both normally right. The body will always be and do what the mind says. So watch what you say about yourself, for you are casting spells. That's why it's called spelling.”

About

I first walked into a gym in my late teens and picked up weight, I was hooked and it quickly became a passion. I went on to compete for many years, earning my Pro Card in 2012. And so, I turned that passion into my career. I believe strength training is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your long-term health and longevity. Muscle is not just about aesthetics, t’s one of the greatest predictors of how well you will age, move, and live. I work with clients at all levels, from those just starting their fitness journey to athletes preparing for the stage.

When I’m not in the gym lifting or coaching, you’ll find me staying active outdoors, riding my bike, paddle boarding, hiking, gardening, and spending time outside.

Motivation

My motivation has evolved throughout my career, and I’m grateful it has matured. Fitness once felt like an escape, a place I could go that felt safe when the rest of my world didn’t.

Now, fitness is my ability to live as fully as possible. I strive to be a strong, positive example for my daughter, someone she can look to throughout her life. Lastly, fitness and wellbeing are a divine ability we all have within us to transform our entire perspective, and our reality. Wellness is confidence and an earned pride in who we are. Embrace your gift!

Motivation

I grew up playing sports and didn’t realize how important my body was until my junior year of college. That’s when I had my first severe injury, my knee was blown out during a game, and the tendons in my wrist tore, causing the bones to slowly shift out of place.

After surgery, I began to see fitness in a new light. It wasn’t until I had back surgery, after my sports career had ended, that I truly fell in love with the process. In pursuit of continuing to lift heavy and stay mobile while reducing the risk of injury, I started studying, getting certified, and the rest is history.

About

I don’t just coach this lifestyle, I live it.

If I’m not in the gym, you’ll probably find me outside chasing something active. In the winter, I’m in the mountains skiing, whether that’s earning a Snickers on the uphill or opening it up on the way down. When the snow melts, I trade skis for hiking boots and a paddleboard, spending as much time as possible in the Colorado Rockies (and not on I-70). I also love to travel, and one of my favorite ways to explore a new city is by lacing up my shoes and going for a run. There’s no better way to get a feel for a place.

I’m also an avid bowhunter, always looking forward to the next season and still chasing the dream of drawing a moose tag.

Motivation

My path into fitness started after high school when I realized I wanted more than just workouts. I wanted to understand how the body actually works and performs. That led me to Colorado State University, where I built the foundation for what I do today.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to everyday individuals looking to feel better, move better, and stay consistent, as well as those with special considerations. That range has shaped how I coach. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, just smart, individualized training that meets you where you’re at.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple, to help you understand your body, train with purpose, and build something that actually lasts, not just in the gym, but in your life.
