Growing up I played many sports including Basketball, football, MMA, and I also ran Track. As I began to succeed in Track and Football, I decided to take the next step, and play Division 1 college football. However after suffering a season ending knee injury, I needed to learn how to walk again after my surgery. During my rehab I became extremely depressed using food as an outlet and became overweight very quickly!
After having a few hard talks with my coaches, I began running track. As the weight started coming off and I began gaining strength I realized I had a chance again to compete as an elite athlete. On the road to the Olympic trials I knew this was going to be my calling. I suffered a minor knee injury and was enough to not allow me to qualify. I know helping people like you, achieve what some call impossible, not only becoming a new person physically but also mentally. I believe in creating the best version of yourself, to allow yourself to see what you are truly capable of; through meal planning, motivation, and program design!
