I started getting into fitness at the early age of 8 by doing push ups and lifting 10lbs dumbbells with my older brother because I looked up to him and wanted to be just like him. Fitness didn't really change my life till my freshman year of high school when my mom let me play football. The man that pushed me was Coach York, he said, "son how much you weigh?" I said 119lbs in my high pitched voice. He smiled and laughed and said, "son I was 130lbs in the 5th grade." Since that day, fitness became my life and I was determined to change my body, get bigger and never let any one make fun of me ever again. I decided to become a personal trainer around the age of 24, which I did with the opportunity from Justbuzzerkfitness who I want to say thank you again for giving me a shot to change lives.
Now that I'm a trainer, my passion shows through my clients and how I bring positive vibes and a ENG (EARNED NOT GIVEN) mindset. Now at the age of 25 I plan on changing the way my generation views fitness and inspire as many as I can to live a healthy lifestyle. I plan on turning heads through my own fitness journey to become a pro physique athlete and become successful along side my team.
